- How long does the 30% commission rate last?
- For as long as you're a partner. Your 30% never drops. Every month a referral stays subscribed, you get paid.
- Does my audience get anything?
- Yes. Anyone who subscribes through your link gets 10% off their plan, forever. Your link is a better deal than the public price, which makes it easier to share.
- When and how do I get paid?
- We pay out monthly once your balance passes $50. Commissions clear after a 30-day hold that covers refunds and chargebacks. Pick the payout method that works for you: PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, or wire transfer.
- What happens to my rate after the beta program ends?
- It stays at 30% for good. Beta partners keep their rate even if terms change for new affiliates later.
- How are referrals tracked?
- Anyone who clicks your link has 30 days to subscribe. We track it with a 30-day cookie plus Stripe at checkout, so the sale is credited to you even if they come back later.
- What happens if a customer cancels or refunds?
- You earn while they pay. If they cancel, the commission stops for the months they're gone. If they refund within the 30-day hold, that commission is reversed, and chargebacks come off your next payout.
- If my team members share clips from my workspace, is the affiliate link still tied to me?
- Yes. If they work inside your BlitzReels workspace, the share page is tied to the workspace owner. So if your team members turn sharing on or off, create clips, or copy the share link, attribution still goes to the workspace owner's affiliate account. It does not switch to the team member's personal account. In the UI, you will see: You get 30% of sales. Your team members will see: {YourFirstName} gets 30% of sales.
- If someone signs up, pays for a few months, cancels, then comes back later, do I still get commission?
- You earn commission while that customer is active and paying. If they cancel, commission stops while they are not paying. If they later reactivate and the customer is still linked to you in Affonso, the recurring commission continues again on future payments. So it is not paid during the cancelled or paused months, but it resumes when they become an active paying customer again.
