Milestone: 2026-10-26

Status: Product update

On Agency, send a client one link to review up to 50 exports. They approve each video or request changes with a comment, with no BlitzReels account.

## Feedback that arrives from everywhere

When you edit clips for clients, feedback scatters. An email about clip three, a voice note about the captions on clip seven. Before you can post anything, you rebuild the list of what’s approved from memory.

Since October 26, Agency workspaces can send a client review link instead. The client opens one page, watches each export and gives a decision per video. You see which clips are ready and what to fix on the others, in one place.

Picture a weekly show. On Tuesday you clip the episode into twelve shorts and send one link. By Wednesday the dialog tells you nine are approved and three need changes, each with the client’s note attached, so you know exactly which three to reopen.

## What your client sees

The review page lists every video you picked, each with its own player. Under each video the client can:

- approve it, with an optional comment,
- request changes, with a required comment that says what to change.

Clients don’t need a BlitzReels account and don’t have to download anything. Each decision is final for that link, so a client can’t undo an approval by accident later. When they come back to the link, each video shows the decision already given, and only pending videos can still be decided. The page isn’t indexed by search engines, and anyone with the link can open it until it expires.

## Send a review link

1. Open the Exported videos page in your library, or the clip view of a source video, and choose Send for client review.
2. Give the review a title, for example the client’s name and the episode.
3. Select the videos. Only finished video exports can be added, up to 50 per link.
4. Create the link, copy it and send it to your client the way you usually talk to them.
5. Come back to the same dialog. Recent reviews shows each video as Pending, Approved or Changes requested, with the client’s comments.

When a video is approved, Publish approved video opens the publishing composer with that export, so you can [schedule it to YouTube, TikTok or LinkedIn](https://blitzreels.com/changelog/post-your-clips-from-blitzreels) right away.

## Who it’s for

Review links fit anyone who makes videos for someone else: an agency that cuts a client’s weekly podcast into clips, or an editor whose YouTuber signs off on every clip before it goes out. Any member of an Agency workspace can create a link, so the editor who cut the clips can send them without going through the account owner.

One link holds up to 50 exports, enough for every clip from a long episode in a single message. If the client asks for a new caption on two clips, you fix those two, export them again and send a short second link with only the revised versions. [BlitzReels for agencies](https://blitzreels.com/use-cases/agencies) covers the rest of the client workflow, and the clips themselves come from [AI clipping](https://blitzreels.com/clipping).

## Access and limits

- Client review links are included in the Agency plan. On other plans, the button explains the upgrade. [Compare plans](https://blitzreels.com/pricing) to see what Agency includes.
- Links expire after 7 days.
- A link can hold up to 50 finished video exports from the workspace.
- If you replace or delete an export after sending the link, the client sees it as unavailable. Send a new link for the revised version.
- A saved decision can’t be edited.

To share clips without asking for approval, [clip share pages](https://blitzreels.com/changelog/give-every-clip-a-way-back) work without Agency.

## Questions

### Does my client need a BlitzReels account to review videos?

No. The client opens the review link in a browser, watches each video and approves it or requests changes without signing up.

### How many videos can one BlitzReels review link hold?

Up to 50 finished video exports. For a bigger batch, create a second link.

### How long does a client review link stay active?

7 days. After that the page says the link has expired, and you can create a new link with the same videos.

### Can a client change a decision after saving it?

No. Each approval or change request is final for that link. For a new round of feedback, send a new link.

### Which BlitzReels plan includes client review links?

The Agency plan. On other plans, the option appears with an upgrade prompt.

## Send your next batch for review
