Your next edit can start with a video you’ve already published. Import a YouTube link into the BlitzReels media library and work from there.

## Your older videos have more to give

If you already have episodes or recordings on YouTube, there’s good material waiting in your back catalogue. We connected YouTube links to the media library, with source details shown before processing, so a published video could become the starting point for another edit.

Reusing a recording should start with the recording you’ve found, wherever you found it. For a creator looking through their own channel, making the YouTube link useful inside BlitzReels removes a detour before they can start thinking about what to make from it.

## A shorter trip into the editor

Importing a link reduced the manual upload steps between finding a recording and working on it in BlitzReels. Later that month, we added short-clip suggestions to help find the moments worth pulling out of those longer videos.
